STUMP (JACOB & CLARA) SCHOLARSHIP
“Arcola, Charleston, Mattoon, and Neoga Only”
Scholarships are awarded to graduates of good scholastic standing from Arcola, Charleston, Mattoon, and Neoga High Schools. Scholarship awards are based on financial need. The student must also attend a state-supported college within the State of Illinois. The value and number of scholarships awarded varies depending on the amount of funds that are available for distribution each given year. The scholarships are renewable for up to four years with the following requirements. The student must; 1) re-apply each year, 2) maintain a “C” average, 3) enroll for 12 semester hours (or be considered a full-time student), 4) submit copies of each semester’s grades. Applications are available from each of the respective high school guidance office and the at the Trust Department of The First National Bank, 507 Lake Land Blvd. PO Box 685, Mattoon, IL. The application period is March 1st through April 15th.
