ILLINI CLUB SCHOLARSHIP (COLES COUNTY)

The University of Illinois Illini Club of Coles County awards two scholarships based on academic and leadership potential. Eligibility requirements include: the student has been accepted for admission to the freshman class at the University of Illinois at Urbana-Champaign the student's permanent home address is in Coles County (as defined by the University of Illinois Admissions Department); and the student will be enrolled in full-time undergraduate study at the time the award is paid to the student. Applications can be obtained by contacting Mrs. Suzanne Zellers-Wetzel, 20 South Country Club Rd, Mattoon, IL 61938, phone: 217-234-7717. Along with application, copies of your high school transcript and your SAT and/or ACT scores. Materials must be postmarked on or before April 15^th. Finalists will be required to attend an interview. All scholarship recipients will be notified at their Honors Night Ceremony. Each scholarship will be paid at the time the student registers for the first semester.
